What support is available to MLAs who experience mental health problems?

An Australian MP has just come out and talked very openly about how he has experienced depression throughout his long tenure as a Member of Parliament, and how he had not sought treatment because of the stigma associated with mental health problems.
The former Prime Minister of Norway was able to take time off work when he needed it due to depression (and more importantly, to return to work to do his job when he was well).
Northern Ireland has a higher rate of mental illness than elsewhere in the UK, so we can but assume there is a considerable prevalence amongst MLAs, but we don’t hear anything about this.

What is being or should be done to support MLAs who do experience mental health problems to ensure that they do not experience stigma that may prevent them getting help?
